La Torre di Pieve

Great location if you're walking the Via di Francesco. Paolo was a gracious host who opened his home/studio to us to spend the night. His penthouse apartment is located inside a historical building that offers a lot of charm (and amazing windows in the dining area). Our room was very quiet. A private bathroom is included with the room, which is located down the hallway next to the kitchen.

Eine nicht alltägliche Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen und dezenten Vermieter. Man kann sich dort schnell sehr wohl fühlen.

The tower was fabulous! Windows and light and a sense of history and warmth and breakfast too! Plus the wonderful fireplace in the kitchen with a warm fire built by the host greeting us. Paolo was an enthusiastic and very helpful host. He made sure we had everything we needed or wanted, from a great dinner recommendation to enthusiastically sharing his extensive knowledge of the region. This was a perfect place to stay to easily get to La Verna, and we’d love to return.

Everything. A very different accommodation with plenty of character. Host Paolo is a wonderful, kind, helpful, and generous person. Prepared us a beautiful dinner and provided excellent coffee!! We were unable to get a taxi to La Montagna the next day... Paolo drove us! So grateful! Thankyou Paolo. Recommended staying at this accommodation 100%. A wonderful experience.
