Very clean and organized .. good value.. the host is very accommodating and always try’s to keep his guests happy

Luciana is a kind and helpful host. The room is large and pretty and the location is great, close to everything! A few things to consider - - WiFi - weak if there are multiple guests in the place. I couldn’t get the signal the first night but next day It was fine when I was the only one there. - In Italy, guests can’t cook in the B&B’s kitchen. So, we can only use it for tea/coffee or putting stuff in the fridge. Be mindful of that when booking to avoid surprises. - I booked a triple room. On booking.com it’s hard to know which room you’re getting, so I came to know that I got the smaller of the two triple rooms. Check with the host what room you’re getting to avoid surprises. - Parking - parking is tricky as the visitors get ticket when parking in the old town… Luciana told me to look around Roosevelt Avenue (next to the park). Local people kindly helped me to find free overnight parking

Close to old town

The owner does not speak English, which makes communication difficult. There is a stove in the kitchen, but there is no cutlery or plates. There was air conditioning in the rooms, but the owner did not provide a remote control for it, so it was impossible to turn it on.

This Is a very beautiful room with location impossible to improve . miss Luciana will make sure you are welcomed
