Basic accommodation but really great location for attending the Oasis concerts. Clean and comfortable.

Property was quite noisy but probably due to concert goers!

The bed was dirty and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was people coming through the front door all night long, people having gatherings or parties upstairs till late in the morning. The bathroom absolutely stank of sewage and it was almost not useable. Also the actual cleanliness of the whole room was not up to standard, seemed like it wasnt even hoovered or wiped over from the previous people.

This this properties usual nightly rate was around £40 pp as we were coming to see Oasis I expected to pay a little more but we were actually charged £200 each so £400 for one night in a dirty room with inadequate facilities. There were empty beer cans in the cupboards they hadn’t even check the room before we arrived. Dead flies on the window ledge, black marks, carpet underlay stuck to the wall in case we bang our head. The tea and coffee making facilities the tea and coffee making facilities was a paper cup and some sachets. There was no hot water when we arrived and in the morning it was tepid. I’ve stayed in many hotels over my lifetime and for £200 per person per night this was the absolutely disgusting. these owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for being so greedy at accommodation that was not as described and absolutely filthy. I sent the owners an email to ask about parking spaces which they completely ignored.

Great location for gig at heaton park, worth the walk to get away from the busy madness. Managed to park on the front of the property, we were 1 of 2 cars, think you would've struggled to get a third car on

Nice room and furnishings but could have been cleaner, hairs on bathroom floor and in shower but didn't bother us too much. Felt it was overpriced but that was purely due to oasis gig Woken abruptly by blood curdling screaming (6am), hope everyone was ok
