Easy check in process, no contact and very simple steps.

Beds uncomfy, rooms dated, a lot of damage to rooms, they were very worn down. Very small bathroom. Windows are very temperamental and the heat in the warm weather can be unbearable.

Good location for heaton park

Could not sleep with the covers as sheets covered in hair. Had to sleep on top of bed covers and they were dirty, Shower was dirty and insects crawling in there.

It was comfortable, easy to check-in, good value for money, bathroom was nicely presented and the room was spacious.

I arrived, there was a random cap on the bed, there was a fold up bed in the corner and the cleaning could have been better. There was a spider web on the radiator and the light switches needed disinfecting as there were marks around them. Also, the guest staying next door to me was in and out the room every 30 minutes, the door banged very loudly each time they came in and out.

Location to Manchester central

Lots of traffic noise Cleanliness needs attention although the bathroom was clean

The bed was comfortable

Everything is lovely and the staff became so friendly with me during the staying… it’s defo a place I’ll be back!
