Fantastic location in the middle Ortiga but a quiet street. Close to restaurants and the beach. Mariella had thought of Everything. Great little kitchen with all the extras. Artistic and homely. Clear instructions for entry with excellent communication and responsiveness.

Spacious. Good location. Owner was responsive and kind.

The property feels a bit old / dated and musty. Bedding was not comfortable. Stairs to apartment made getting luggage up and down challenging. Building work upstairs disturbed our holiday on day 1. While the owner compensated for the disturbance, it was not a good start to our time in Siracusa.

The apartment had a lovely authentic character, was carefully planned out, and had everything that we could possibly need. Mariella kept in touch to check everything was ok and was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The location was excellent, being close to the sea, some nice restaurants, the castle, and the cathedral.

Strong points: .Mariella and her husband welcomed me very kindly, .Charming appartment decorated with taste, .Everything worked perfectly, .Ancient building with thick walls in a small pedestrian street : absolute calm. .One of the best situations in Ortigia. .I had a late flight back : Mariella allowed to keep this beautiful and charming appartment until 4 pm. .Fantastic week in Siracusa-Ortigia!
