Love everything

The building is gorgeous - literally, an old palace - the staff were kind and professional - It is the best location in Jerez - tiny drawback is the pool is tiny - and the breakfast staff seemed very stressed. otherwise, it is perfection and I live in NYC and have stayed around the world - the only other hotel I have experienced in Andalucia was when I stayed in the presidential suite at the Alfonso X111 in Seville, this hotel was equal to it like a boutique little sister.

Best place I have ever stayed. Four seasons could take lessons from this hotel.

The place, staff and breakfast are amazing!

Doorman assisted in dropping car off outside hotel and check in was pleasant and efficient took luggage to room but you then have to go back to the car and navigate a route to an underground car park and then walk back to the hotel about 5 minutes Greeting card with a bottle of cream sherry and cake in the bedroom Sumptuously elegant hotel beautiful bedroom with a wonderful bathroom with toiletries which they asked you to choose prior to arrival Nice balcony overlooking the gardens and patio area and bar with a pianist Turn down service excellent left a teddy bear chocolates water and even tissues! Breakfast a fine affair Waiter service orange juice and water and tea or coffee limited menu of toast cereals and egg dishes ham and cheese omelette and eggs benedict with smoked salmon Roof top pool is more a hot tub with a few chairs and tables and a sun bed and parasol. A perfect oasis paradise in the old town in this nice city. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, well located and great staff. We had a wonderful stay for our sons wedding. The staff were very helpful and accommodating for all our wedding needs.

From start to finish how a hotel should be. Only small thing tune down the lily of the valley smell a little bit. Sanitation on a very high level, very reassuring.

What an amazing hotel, a fantastic service and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. So many nice touches from the minute I stepped through the door, I only wish my stay was for longer. One of the nicest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in.
