The hotel is a wonderful experience, beautifully presented and serviced by friendly and efficient staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. We particularly liked the courtyard bar area for a drink in the afternoon after sightseeing

"Fabulous "

This is a fabulous hotel in the very centre of Jerez. We have stayed there twice and each time has been excellent. The staff are so incredibly polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They even offered to open their restaurant early one night to accommodate our schedule! Food and wine in the beautifully decorated restaurant is excellent, and they even offered us things that are not on the menu, like fillet steak. Complementary sherry, cake, chocolates, tea, coffee and water all left in the room.

The property is amazing, fine attention to service and details which is great. High level of comfort, design and luxury. One item that stand out which completely dis not make sense was paying over 400 euros for suite and being charged 6.95 for breakfast omelet. This shall be included in the price like in every 3 star hotel and above. Continental breakfast was ok yet lacking cheese and cold cuts and this was the complimentary option. Apart of that all was fantastic! Well done!
