Breakfast was not part of the deal. The room was amazing with an incredible view out over he valley. The owner Alessandro was so so helpful. He met us at the taxi and wheeled our luggage for us. The same on day of departure. He also helped us find alternative transport to Florence on the day of the all out train strike in Italy . We were in the area for a wedding and he allowed us to use the ironing facilities in his private kitchen.

Our host Sandro was incredibly friendly and very helpful to us. He was flexible with our check-in time, and he helped us with our luggage from the piazza to the residenza. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
