Kim's Family Hotel

The room is located on a hillside, quite spacious and clean, with good water pressure and hot water. When you open the window, you can see a distant sea view (though the hazy sky isn’t very attractive). However, the stay had several serious issues: 1. Extreme noise: Every evening from around 6:00 PM until 1:00 AM, very loud DJ music blasts from afar. Even with the doors and windows shut and curtains drawn, the sound is so strong that you can feel your heart thumping with the beat. It’s very disturbing and makes it almost impossible to sleep — I only managed to fall asleep near dawn. 2. Very inconvenient location: The homestay is on a steep 45-degree slope. The location isn’t correctly shown on Google Maps, so Grab rides cannot find it. Going out requires climbing steep hills, and even riding a motorbike feels dangerous due to the slope. 3. Poor access to food and shops: There are hardly any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. Food delivery is difficult because the location can’t be accurately pinned. At 12:35 PM many restaurants on Grab were already unavailable. 4. Unclear drinking water: Only two glass bottles of water were provided with no clear source or label. I didn’t dare to drink them, worrying they might have been stored too long and could be unsafe.

This place has a very inconvenient location and it’s impossible to get any proper sleep here.

Clean friendly would stay again. Kim and is family are Awesome

Nothing to dislike

Nice and cozy place located on a hill. If you ride a motorbike, it’s a perfect choice, but can be hard to walk there every day. The room was clean, beds are soft, they provide us with towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. There’s a large tv in the room.

Only issue was it was a bit out the way - 10 minute walk uphill from main restaurants/bars of the area
