Kim's Family Hotel

The lady at the front desk really helps me out through the whole process from booking one day trip in Ha Long bay to bus ticket back to Ha Noi. We used google translate to do everything. She was so attentive and fast. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was probably the cleanest one I have ever seen in Vietnam. With the price I paid I'm more than just satisfying. Location is in the center you get lots of food choices and mini marts. Comfy bed and warm room in cold winter. If I ever come back again I will definitely choose Tom's family hotel for sure.

Tom, the owner was the most helpful and friendly guy! When we arrived, he was called in to help us check in as his family speak little English and he gave us lots of tips in the area including activities and restaurants. our room was lovely - on the top floor with air con, two beds, a mini fridge and TV which was perfect for our 4 nights. less than a five minute walk to lovely restaurants and supermarkets all around. would definitely recommend and comeback! his family were so friendly and accommodating and easy to use google translate to converse/ask questions

no choice with the breakfast in the morning but considering the price, it’s really really good. Breakfast is not bad, just no choice!
