A really decent stay for the price. The location is nice and quiet, and the heating works perfectly, which made it very comfortable.

Location and the terrace was decent

First day when we arrived there was no hot water in the toilet neither the radiator were working even if it was pretty cold in the room and the apartment I reached out to them but they said they can’t fix it today they could tomorrow which is a minus, plus the radiator has specific working hours which I didn’t understand only 7-10am and evening from 6-10pm sounds ridiculous so when you’re in the room in different time you’re freezing to death , the bed wasn’t comfortable at all you could feel the wooden pallets it feels like you are sleeping on the floor, the doors are difficult to open and very loud so when someone opens their door all the apartments wakes up , the bath drainer was blocked which caused water spilling everywhere and the toilet was dirty most of the time

Der schöne Stadt-Palazzo liegt im Herzen der historischen Altstadt. Geführt wird das Haus von einer Art Künstlerkooperative, die raffinierte Möbel und cooles Interieur herstellt. Diese befinden sich auch in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und können über die Webseite zu fairen Preisen erworben werden. Wir hatten das Vierbettzimmer mit externem privaten Bad, sprich die Tür direkt neben unserer. Durch die hohen Decken blieb es auch ohne AC angenehm. Zwei gute Ventilatoren sind vorhanden. Das Bett ist total bequem und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher duften herrlich frisch. Nächstes Mal bringen wir neue Tischtennisbälle mit und dann zocken wir zusammen ne Runde ; )

Für den gänzlich elektronischen Late-night-check-in nach 21 Uhr, mussten wir zusätzliche 10 € im Vorraus überweisen. Dafür haben wir auf mehrfache, höfliche Nachfrage, leider keine Rechnung erhalten... Geputzt wurde leider nur oberflächlich und Leute - mal ganz ehrlich - an der Klobürste klebt noch die Schei#e der alten Römer!!!
