Palazzo Verrone

I liked the location. I liked the architectural structure of the space. The terrace was nice. **That being said - they will deny that my review is fair but that’s only because they didn’t want to be accountable for the old pictures they use to deceive people. This property is nothing like these pictures. I will post the true conditions of its current state.

Attention— take the other negative reviews seriously…they are true. Do yourself a favor and read this review as it’s factual and honest. Then if you still want to rent it - go ahead. What I didn’t like is that they do NOT represent the TRUE state of things there. FIRST - These pictures are OLD -the state of the decor and home made furniture are in a dirty and completely dismal state. Ok, you made all the furniture, bravo but absolutely NONE of it is useable for adults. This furniture is below even what university students would use. A bunch of wooden furniture on the floor level and some couch that looks like it was taken from the side of the street and thrown in the space. 🤮 The management’s delusion that is some cool avant garde décor renders all of the space completely unusable - that is a fact. None of the other guests there with me EVER sat in the living room. If you’re gonna rent an « experience «  to people, give them an actual way to enjoy the space…there is no inviting, cozy feel at all. The terrace on the roof, while pretty with the plants and lights, also just some plastic benches🙄 Secondly, they did NOT provide any heat from 22h until 7 am- IN THE WINTER ! That’s shameful for paying guests. They never provided an extra blanket although I requested BEFORE i checked in. They were rude when I asked where it was. THIRD, there’s NOT ONE outlet in the kitchen but there’s a hot water kettle provided. No coffee, no tea, no sugar - nothing. Now I’ve saved the last - FOURTH - cleanliness…none of this homemade furniture has been dusted in who knows how long ? In my room the filth under the mattress, which was no better than sleeping on the floor. The shelves in the bathroom were filthy too and the shower in the shared bathroom was disgusting. The water didn’t drain and there was always dirty water coming back up from the drain. Sorry but that is unsanitary ! The cleaning woman came in ONE time in three days and that was when we were all leaving.

Estaba bien ubicado en el corazón de Bari Vecchia. Espacios bastante amplios, la comunicación con el personal era rápida y resolutiva.

Легкое заселение. Прекрасное расположение . Очень много места. Все было чисто и очень тепло А терраса это отдельное удовольствие Очень очень красивая. Ухаживать за растениями это большой труд и благодарность хозяевам за это!!!!

Нам все понравилось

Мястото е много добро като локация. Убива и удобно, често.

Повече указания за кутиите за отключване на вратите на апартаментите. Ю
