Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from April 01 to October 31. Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Rooms were modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. Great facilities (lots of free parking, lounge with drinks/food, restaurants, gym, even a library). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you don't have a car, the location may be a bit far from the station with luggage.

"A 5 star hotel disguised as a 3 star hotel."

Best amenities in Japan, pajamas and slippers were insanely comfortable and they have the best model of neorest for the toilet. Minibar is fully free including alcohol. Staff was very friendly and accommodating Pillows were fantastic, a little firm but didn’t deflate like most Japanese hotel pillows

Location is not the most convenient, 15 minute walk from Miyazaki Station and 7-10 minutes to a bus stop. WiFi was a bit spotty
