部屋はグレードアップして頂いて、昨年オープンした新館に泊まらせて頂きました。お風呂やベッドなど、室内設備は最高でした。夕食は「竹彩」の鉄板焼きで、アワビや宮崎牛を美味しくいただきました。担当した女性シェフがとても親切で、家内も喜んでいました。

Für uns eigentlich als rein funktionale Übernachtung (vor dem Rückflug nach Tokio) geplant, hat uns das Hotel Meibia überzeugt. Freundliches Team, ansprechendes Design, ruhig und entspannt, gutes Frühstück. Leider war die Pool-Saison schon beendet, aber das ist Mitte November wohl kein Wunder. Auch Myazaki und Umgebung waren eine freudig-positive Überraschung für uns. Die Woche Kyushu rundete als tolle Ergänzung zu zwei Wochen auf Honshu unsere Japan Reise ab.

- Very beautiful driveway, entrance and lobby - Great that they provide snacks and drinks at the lobby in the mornings and evenings, as well as free snacks and mini bar items in the room - Wonderful jacuzzi tub in the room - Housekeeping noted my requests and explained when they were unable to provide what I had requested - Overall it felt like a thoughtfully designed hotel

- Staff could only speak very basic English - No staff at front desk when I arrived at 9+pm for check-in; I had to ring a bell
