Room was comfortable and clean. Great area walking distance to the beach which was nice. The host does offer beach chairs for an additional cost also very nice. Felt safe in the area parking was never an issue neighborhood was quiet .

My only option when traveling back home! Stayed here so many times, it's like a 2nd home. Safe even while walking alone at 2am. A 4-minute walk to the beach. Food choices are everywhere while walking Calle Loíza.

What a great stay. Clean and great communication from the staff. Great parking option. Multiple local restaurants within walking distance and 2 blocks from the beach!

The apartment is super close to the beach and the property is very nice and clean, however unfortunately there is no screen door which makes it impossible to leave the door open at night and the deck itself has no sun roof so using it during the day is kinda out of the question. Other than this the stay was very enjoyable and we would come back again

A very nice, simple place. Centrally located. Two blocks from a beach. Peaceful, convenient and very centrally located. Also, Very, very secure.

We loved our 6 day stay. The property was quiet and very secure. Check in instructions were very easy to follow. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed (stove, dishes, refrigerator, two bathrooms, dining area). There was a dedicated parking spot for just $5 per day and there was also plenty of street parking. The beach was about 2 blocks away and was a small quiet beach. There were shops, restaurants, and markets within a few blocks. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to others.
