My biggest two issues were that the ice section of the refrig was solid ice and the ice tray frozen in. I had to defrost and clean up and even despite that it was noisy so just shut if off. The other was that the lights on the outside of the building were so bright the shades were useless. I didn't need lights on to walk around inside in the dark and made it harder to sleep. Not really happy but I'm guessing this is common in that area.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to a nice beach. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Rode the city bus from the airport and dropped off very close to the property. Had everything a family would need. Great set up and well maintained! Flawless Wi-Fi , AC and plenty of electrical outlets. Multiple bathrooms. Spacious refrigerator and all items you’d expect to have at home.

The place was close to bars and restaurants , as well as a short walk to a nice beach

There was no one on site to talk to

It was cool, a dusting wouldn’t hurt. And the patio area could have been cleaned up & decorated a little. Great location very close to the beach.

Close to supermarket and beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Big king size bed. TULUM appt.

No useful terrace.

Nice kitchen.

Information on the place was misleading. No garden, no hammocks.

While the customer service was excellent and the bedroom was clean and organized, the location of the bedroom was not good. Also, there were tree branches causing issue by denying easy access to the bedroom. In addition, there was a lot of noise going on the premises of the hotel and the surroundings.

This property is like a fortress once inside but not really a tourist area and you are very close to some undesirable areas, saying that,, we had no issues. Also there water was barely warm, which we didn't need until the morning of departure and no time to complain.

The separate living and bedroom was nice. It was clean overall. Glad that the parking spot was gated and secure.

The coffee maker and the dish drying rack was older, and could potentially be replaced.
