10/10 would recommend, I’ll stay here again in the future.

Easy to access. Owner is responsive and helpful. The place is clean and has many conveniences. They give you towels, iron and ironing board, beach towels, two beach chairs, bug spray, AC in every room and few more that I’m probably forgetting. The home is secure as well. There are two security gates, one for the parking (requires booking separately I think) and one at the home entrance before the door to the actual unit. The self check in and check out processes were smooth and went without any complications. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in San Juan.

Would definitely come back, very fair for price could just use a better cleaning maybe beforehand.

Had a great stay here. The owner was very nice and friendly. They responded fast if there was anything missing or if we needed anything. Check in procedure was super easy to follow. Felt super safe in the area. Overall will book again!

A great stay! Great location, host was responsive. Only complaint was how dusty the ceiling fan was, we sneezed the entire time we were in the room.

La Esmeralda is a perfect place to stay in San Juan. Our suite was clean and beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, hotplate, and coffee maker. The property is very safe and ideally located close to the beach and within walking distance of many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, stores, etc. The hosts were kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again :)
