Mesa Golf Inn & Suites

Really bad over all experience. Rude staff, funkey old rooms. Fridge didnt work, no microwave, stained couch, threadbare towels, you name it. Tried to get our money back but it was in vain. There is no 'golf resort' and they had the audacity to charge a resort fee for this rundown place. Breakfast was pitiful. So this isnt totally negitive, they did have good wifi at least.

Really bad. The receptionist was rude from the gitgo.

The hotel is falling apart. Half the lights don’t work. The furniture and carpet were dirty and worn out.

I had to move rooms 3 times. Every room had bodily fluids stains all over the couches. One room had cracks on the tv so the screen was unable to be seen. One room the tv was unable to be programmed. There were stains on one of the beds. Multiple guests staying there were trashy and yelling. The address takes you to the other property. Very uneducated people working there. Left my personal information laying out for everyone to see for half hour. All google reviews reflect other hotel so you think you’re staying at a nice place. Pay the extra $20 and stay next door.

Upon arrival waited about 30min to get checked in, the receptionist was rude and staff seemed frustrated with everyone. While in the lobby another guest came in to room change and instead of granting her wishes to move to a up stairs room 2 men began harassing the young lady of why she didn’t feel safe on bottom floor and if it was Necessary to be moved all while I was supposed be checked in. Receptionist had bad odor and burn holes in his shirt, which didn’t make me feel comfortable just because he didn’t look to professional. My fridge does not get cold and a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, cups, or pot to actually make coffee. Only a few lights work. And my top sheet seems to have some kind of stains which to me is also not very statisfying. Very disappointed I paid 128 for my room, and put a deposit of $100. Very unsatisfied customer and will not be staying here again.

The staff here was very disinterested in helping customers. The room had water dripping from then ceiling. They didn’t give us the WiFi password or our breakfast voucher. I had to stand outside in 30 degree weather when I checked out so they could inspect my room. But the water pressure was good in the shower.

The place needs some upgrades big time

Dirty allmost everything in the room. Towels, sheets, pillows, dirty or bad condition. The staff is nat well kind. They don't return any cents to the hotel condition! Bad experience 🙁

Room dirty, not cleaned from the prior person and when told the attendant, said "that's the way they are".

Food still in the fridge, went to throw it away and it was stuck in there.. like to the shelf.. trash still in one of the cans.. o wait the only can in a presidential kind suite .. lol Broken cabinets, junk on the shower curtain, stains like, bad stains on the couche.
