This was without doubt, the worse hotel that we've ever stayed at. The cleanliness was abysmal - it felt like we were staying at a homeless shelter. The carpets even in the hallways were not only stained with who-knows-what, but were littered with debris all along the corridors. The room was so bad, that we didn't even put our clothes on the couch - which was covered with so many stains, I don't know how they have the nerve to even rent these rooms out. On top of that they required a deposit, that in order to get it back, they had to do a visual search of the room before we could get it back. It took them more than 5 minutes INSIDE the room before thy got out and came back to the front desk. Actually, the front desk is inside of a room they converted to an "office", it's not really any kind of real lobby or check-in....it's a 10x10 room. We should have just left as soon as we saw the 3 police cars in front of the hotel. But they have a "no refund" for any reason policy, so we were stuck.

"Please, anywhere but here."

Absolutely filthy. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. Half the appliances don’t work. Bed not even cleaned, dirt in the sheets along with stains all over it. Hairs all over towels in bathroom. Room didn’t even have toilet paper. Didn’t even risk trying to sit on the couch...so many stains and nasty things on it...window was broken and a piece of tape was put over it to “fix it”.

"Waste of Money "

they harassed me about my service animal, then charged me $24 for late check out when I went to renew the room for one more night, then when I checked out, they kept $30 of the $100 cash deposit stating that they were charging me for dirty towels. The place is managed horribly and they are using one hotel to operate two different hotels, one in the back.,, But owned by same person. Wifi also horrible. nothing good to say about this place.

Our room was dirty. It wasn’t vacuumed very well. There was a huge stain in the couch. The window was open and a torn screen exposed when we go in there. The window was hard to shut. There was what looked like mold alon the caulking in the bathtub. The remote didn’t work. The staff was rude. We won’t be staying there again.

I checked, required a $100.00 deposit. You are only given 1 key, asked for another took a hour to get it. There was food on the floor in the room. Hide-a bed had no sheets, blankets. Asked for them, received a set of sheets but no blanket. After the woman told me she could get me a blanket but would have to take it off her bed. Ac would not cool room. Was told breakfast was 6-10:30 actually it closed at 9:30. Went to check out waited 15 min to have someone check our room before deposit was released back on credit card was told 3-5 days to show up. The pictures on website are deceiving, pool in pictures is actually the neighboring hotel, cracks in ceiling, cone in hallway to keep people from walking under it. Not what I would call a resort, paid $139

"I ended up sleeping in my car!"

I had booked and paid for the room in the early afternoon, as soon as I got the booking confirmation I called the lobby and asked if I could check in late as I would be able to get there until 1am. The clerk said i was good to go and that everything was ready. When i arrived at 1am, the clerk told me there were no rooms available and was extremely rude about it. There were no other hotel rooms available in a reasonable distance in my price range so I had to park in a Walmart parking lot and sleep in my car. Worst experience ever. It makes me not want to use this app. The property itself looked alright, but the clerk was on her phone, no nametag, no uniform, and absolutely no people skills.

"Yikes."

Nice room but very awkward checkout process...they hold $100 on your card (standard) and refund it when you check out in the morning. When you check out at the front desk, they radio the cleaning staff to check the room while you're standing there. Then responding staff comes to let them know. The guy behind me in line (checkout took awhile) was accused of a blood-stained towel. Apparently, they've had theft issues but that's no reason to make an uncomfortable experience for guests. Will not be returning here; though reception at night was very nice! Thank you!

Took almost 30 mins to check in. I had to go back twice before they even had any keys made for my room, finally got a key at 9pm. Very unprofessional. Hair all over the bed, surfaces not wiped down (food still in areas) toilet paper wasn’t even on holder. Felt unsafe, when I finally got a key all I had to say was my room number, anyone could have done that. When I asked for my room deposit same thing (was cash) anyone could have gotten there hands on it.

"Disgusting and filthy "

The room was filthy; carpet and sofa stained and disgusting. I covered the sofa with towels before I sat on it. Filthy air filter In dresser drawer. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed; there was popcorn and coins on the floor. I pa paid extra to have a view of the pool. There was no water in the pool. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, waffles and fried potatoes.
