At first glance it's inviting. A large space, with a mini-fridge and up to date furnishings and appliances. But when actually staying in and using the room for the night, the holes REALLY show through. Towels for only 1 person is provided even if they're added to the reservation. The bathroom had scattered colored flakes pushed into corners. When asking for assistance or voicing concerns, the female front desk receptionist is rude and defensive resulting in no service being provided...period!
