The fact that the place didn't have aircon remotes and it was hot. We booked a getaway to relaxe but there was no privacy as theres alot day visits people and they make noise they even occupied all the pools till 7:30pm and we didn't get to use the pool. Lastly the fridge in the chalets were dirty with blood inside no efforts or whatsever was done to even clean it. The place priority day visits people than stay over.
