ZAZAThe receptionist was friendly but unfortunately, he was doing everything alone (Operating the gate, attending to guests...) The location and the view are beautiful
Self-catering room issues: Cockroaches in the room,limeted\no cutlery,DSTV not working, no microwave,no cloth for washing\wiping the dishes,I had to ask for a fridge(receptionist assisted). Breakfast closed at 9am on weekend even though I was told it closes at 10:30am You can tell that the place was 3 star rating, but now it has downgraded

We had to wait for more than 20 minutes before they open the gate. Our room was not clean.
