Couldn’t find anyone at the gate and had to call. One can be hijacked at night while waiting for the gate to be opened

Inconplacent staff (receptionist,waiter) time mis management (had to ask to order food after not getting what we wanted to drink). Felt unsafe. 500m down Road stayed at Avocado Vale same start ratings with way better welcoming.(WiFi not working asked for password witch did not get sorted out with in the hour we stayed. They will not see me ever again and nor will I recommend it to a dog to stay there. 😠😡🤬

ZAWe liked that they cleaned everyday and that when we called them to ask for something they came right now and there and assisted us with no questions asked. We loved the pools.
We didn't like that there was no mop in the bathroom and that there was no microwave in our room. It felt like we were being a burden to the workers by calling them each time we wanted to have our food warmed up. We also didn't like that we had to request for the iron. A microwave, fridge and iron should be present in all rooms. We loved the gardening and safety.
