Tha accommodation is lovely, staff are friendly it really is a terrible shame about the late night party boom noise that rattled the resort 🙁

Very nice

It’s a shame because if it wasn’t for the blaring music until 2.30am every night I would have given a 5 star review. The resort is beautiful, it is such an experience staying in the huts, the pool/area and beach is lovely and the breakfast and lunch options at the hotel are so varied (don’t know about dinner as didn’t eat there for it). However the music that is playing extremely loud makes it feel like you are going to sleep in a night club, we complained to the hotel who told us it was 1km away so nothing they could do about it. Frustrating as the resort during the day is very peaceful and tranquil so you would expect the evening to be the same. Music on an evening is fine, and expected but to be playing that loudly until 2.30am is ridiculous.

I regret staying at this hotel due to the unbearable noise levels. Loud music starts at 6 PM at the hotel itself and continues until 3 AM from nearby venues. It was impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking to explore the island early in the morning, this is definitely not the place to stay. The constant noise makes it impossible to rest properly. There’s no reason I could recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointing. It’s not even a party hotel!!!!

The property itself is absolutly beautiful, service is unreal as well. The biggest thing letting it down is the music from across the beach at night. We bought very good ear plugs to sleep in so didnt actually impact us at all but can see how it would

Overall nice place. Very loud at night until 3am from the bars that sit across the water making it difficult to sleep. No hot water for showers but this may be normal for the island. Usually felt good at the end of the day. Great staff. Pool with ocean front view.

Everything is way to far, you don’t even want to go out and drink because it’s a loooonnngggg walk back. It would make sense for them to instal a walkway by the beach. Wish we knew how far it was, we would have booked somewhere else. I would hate to go in the summer. They charge a service fee, so you don’t have to tip. Also if you’re at the pool relaxing, they will not ask if you need another drink or anything you have to go to the bar and get it. Also if they see that there are empty plates by you they won’t take them, you have to ask them to clean it up . I’m not to sure what the service fee is for :/ Also we turned 2 towels in from other guest that just left them on the chairs and we went to go pick 2 towels up for ourselves,well they got after us. Like uhm mindblown, we were just trying to do the right thing. Drinks are OK, not worth the $. Also no microwaves in the room (I’m assuming so that you have to order from their restaurant, which is kinda pricey IMO.) The breakfast is good, but you have to get there early for it to be fresh. Overall it’s a cute place but I wouldn’t pay more than like $75 a night.

Amazing stay at this hotel our best in Thailand. Rooms were quite something. Beautiful location on the beach. The pool was lush with a great swim up bar. Great staff and fabulous food options.

Real good service

Very nice beach front and pool area. Can be loud at night, but this does not bother us. Very much worth the price.
