Location was amazing, staff great, helpful, Thank you

The only negative we have is the bed, uncomfortable , thin mattress ove two single beds.

It’s a nice classic hotel with cozy mood. I like the interior design. Perfect riverside accommodation.

The rooms are not really insulated noise wise, so you can hear if your neighbour is snoring.

Zimmer an sich schön und sauber. Restaurant war zur Weihnachtszeit schön geschmolzen nur und hat gut geschmeckt.

Leider extrem hellhörig, selbst die Vibrationen eines Handys hörten wir von den anderen Nachbarzimmern. Für Leute die Erholung suchen und in Ruhe schlafen wollen, nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns leider nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’accès à Rovaniemi rapide, la nature, le petit déjeuner et la chambre basique mais confortable.

All of the staff were very friendly, which made the trip enjoyable and also gave us a great sense of reassurance. Their support were also extremely helpful and cooperative.

All of the staff were truly helpful, but the facilities were very disappointing. The hotel does not have an elevator. Depending on the room, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the third floor. The staff are happy to help if you ask, but when returning with luggage after going out, I felt bad asking every time, so I carried it myself while taking breaks. Also, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear voices and noises from the hallway, neighboring rooms, and possibly even from the floors above and below—so clearly that you can understand entire conversations. Additionally, the sauna hours were very short, and I didn’t really get a chance to use it.
