Hotel Metsähirvas

Huone oli tilava ja siitä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Kivasti remontoitu jossakin vaiheessa

Vauvan matka sängyssä oli likaiset periaatteet, joka herätti kysymysmerkkejä puhtaudesta. Aamupala ei ollut kovin kummoinen.

I had the most amazing stay. The staff are incredible, can not do enough to help you. From pickup at the airport to drop off at new accommodation💕 The rooms are large, very comfy bed. The food at the restaurant was wonderful and lots on offer. Then to sit by the fire with a hot chocolate, with a little extra something and chat with the staff after being out in the cold was lovely. I truely felt like I was home. Thank you isnt enough to Mikko and his wonderful staff for my lifelong memories made. Hopefully see you next year🙏☺️

Standard bedroom was nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. The location, south of Rovaniemi, is just alongside the river with a lot of free space to enjoy the nature just behind the hotel. There is a fireplace you can light up on your own and a private sauna with ice dipping you can rent. The riverside is the perfect place to go and see the northern light. Staff is very nice and friendly,always available. You can book a number of activities with pick up directly from hotel reception

The room is not cleaned every day

Todo, es un lugar maravilloso para pasar en familia, comodo con habitaciones super amplias y con vistas increibles. Tienen servicio de transfer de pago y el desayuno incluido, empleados muy amables, volveria a repetir

La posizione dell'hotel lontana da Rovaniemi circa 15 km. era immersa in una natura molto bella. Arrivando in fondo, si trova un lago con un capanno coperto-aperto con un braciere nel mezzo in cui potevi riscaldarti aspettando di vedere l'aurora boreale. Il mangiare del ristorante posto al piano -1 era buono.

Tutto l'hotel e' stato sistemato e arredato in modo approssimativo. Dagli infissi esterni, essendo vecchi, entrava aria gelida. Con la mia famiglia formata da 4 persone ci e' stata assegnata una camera in cui non esistevano armadi; pertanto i vestiti li abbiamo dovuti lasciare nelle valigie per l'intero soggiorno. Il bagno privo di bidet (ma quello lo si poteva immaginare), aveva una doccia nel mezzo della stanza pertanto ogni volta che ti lavavi, bisognava tirare via l'acqua da terra con uno scopettone messo a disposizione dall'albergo, per cercare di asciugare alla bene e meglio il tutto. La colazione (tipo continentale) era scarsa nella sua proposte. Tutti gli ambienti dell'albergo erano freddi, come già accennato precedentemente, in quanto gli infissi, lasciavano passare l'aria gelida ovunque.
