"Me siento estafado"

Me dijo la de recepcion que habia que anular la reserva que habia pagado 185.19€ y me cobro una nueva reserva de 319€ de una noche del grupo, nunca he recibido la devolucion de 185.19€, lo hemos intentado con el dueño y no hay forma, por eso mi valoracion totalmente negativa, alegan que la culpa es de Booking.

Milá paní hostitelka. Ráno připravená chutná snídaně. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý, plně vybavený. Trochu nezvyklé - prosklený sprchový kout vedle postele :) Tichá lokalita. Doporučuji.

Non mi è assolutamente piaciuta la vasca cosa per cui avevo scelto questa camera, arrivati in struttura attendiamo che la vasca si riempia una volta piena decidiamo di attivare l’idromassaggio e dalle bocchette inizia ad uscire sporcizia quindi decidiamo di uscire svuotare la vasca pulirla e provare a riempirla questo per ben tre volte ma con scarso risultato perché dalle bocchette usciva sempre del materiale, peccato aver pagato una camera con vasca e non aver potuto usufruirne. Premetto che le foto le ho scattate al terzo ed ultimo riempimento di vasca ma quello che è uscito è molto più

Caldera de agua caliente, y aire caliente eficaz. Y ubicación

Nos pidió cancelar la reserva para revendernosla más cara.El jacuzzi sucio, extractor roto( mucha humedad), el desayuno triste e industrial. Faltan muchos servicios anunciados( microondas, sofá,albornoz,artículos de aseo,zapatillas,mantas eléctricas, purificador de aire, etc.) les pedimos usar la lavadora y nos sugirieron irnos a una lavandería.
