"BED BUGS and NO refund"

Everything okay until i start seeing little insects second night. Woke up the next morning with a big bedbug om my t-shirt. Now we have this bugs at home too, AWFUL bites now!! Owners told me i was going to receive a full refund. Never heard form them again and ofcourse no refund. Careful with these people

Sehr schönes B&B, gut gelegen und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück, süß und herzhaft. Parkplatz wurde uns direkt vor der Tür freigehalten. Bis nach Ortigia sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß - gut machbar.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen

non abbiamo fatto la colazione, la posizione è discreta, nelle vicinanze c'è tutto...sei proprio a due passi a piedi dal santuario, pizzeria vicino, farmacia vicino, supermercato vicino...ma per chi ama un pò di movida non c'è nulla nelle vicinanze

premetto che ho pagato di più sul sito booking, una mia amica ha prenotato direttamente in struttura con molto meno, la stessa camera e con colazione inclusa (io senza colazione)...ho pagato per avere una camera con vasca idromassaggio MA l'impianto idromassaggio vuole la sua manutenzione e il lavaggio per disinfettare il tutto, MA non l'ho usata perchè appena ho aperto l'acqua usciva maleodore di fognatura...a saperlo avrei pagato di meno per una camera normale perchè la vasca non l'abbiamo usata per niente...la proprietaria persona gentile, ma purtroppo non basta essere gentili per tenere sù una struttura...mi spiace ma non ci tornerei
