Die beiden einzigen positiven Punkte: Sehr gute Lage: 200 m bis zur Bahn und in 20 Minuten bequem in der Innenstadt. Vermieter sehr freundlich

Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig! Küche nicht nutzbar, überall Schmutz, Defekte Rolladengurte, Handtücher löchrig, Bettwäsche alt und kaputt, Betten unbequem. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien schmutzig, lediglich der Wasserkocher war zu nutzen. Schränke innen wie außen ewig nicht geputzt, Staub, Spinnweben überall, alle Rolladengurte defekt, furchtbare Beleuchtung (insbesondere im Bad kein ordentliches Licht) Die einfache Möblierung hat uns nicht gestört, aber sauber sollte es sein. Und das war weit entfernt von sauber.

"Zum Striezelmarkt in Dresden"

Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig, sauber, alles da,was man so braucht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen an den Nahverkehr angebunden.

Garnicht schön war die Bettwäsche. Völlig zerschlissen, mit Rissen ohne Knopfleiste/Reißverschluss. Da hatten wir lieber unsere eigene mitgebracht.

Die Nahverkehrsanbinndung

Die Betten, keine Heizung im Bad. Der allgemein Zustand der Wohnung,die könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es war eine Notlösung, da die andere Wohnung die wir gebucht hatten plötzlich nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand.
