Quiet neighborhood, foldable crib for the child/baby, even baby chair. The owner was not there, we had to call him and the entrance was by the usual key-safe method. I immediately locked ourselves out, then the owen('s son) came in 15-20 mins to help. Although it seems far on the map, the tram connection is good, the historic town is 10-12 mins by car.

The apartment is a separate building in a property with other tenants. The building resembles grandma's home. Everything is dirty, only 2 bulbs working out of 4 in the lamp on the ground floor, there is no light in the fridge, there is adhesive tape on the remote control for the battery to not fall out, the cable of the roller blind/shaders do not pull back so you cannot use them properly, and the whole bathroom is more than half a century old with the shower curtain hanger falling down halfways. So you get the idea. What I did not like is that even though parking is mentioned and it seemed on google maps as an apartment with garden, parking is only possible on the street. So if you only find place further away, then bad luck. The dedicated parking space is only for permanent residents. Another thing is that there is no freezer compartment of the fridge, so no option fast cooling of bier of making ice. All in all it is sort of a place your elementary school organizes the summer camps to go to, but smaller. The price was not bad, but we could have better options if I book them faster.

Chilly at night

Apartments are really spacious. I travelled with my parents and we enjoyed having two completely separate rooms. Location is good - calm and with tram stop nearby. I could park the car right in front of windows. Couple of times heating stopped working for some reason, but when it worked - it was warm enough. Kitchen is ok. For this price comparing to other options if your main criteria is space and separate bedroom - you won't find anything better.

For check in you have to make a call to get instructions. I had bad call quality (maybe because I have Polish sim card and was in roaming) and understanding instructions and finding required lock box was quite challenging. However, since check in is done through lock box with a code I believe things may be much simpler if host would just prepare and send in advance some textual instructions. I read in description that payment is done in cash, however in the end it was possible via PayPal. This is convenient, but still paying directly through booking com is always the simplest way. Bed sheets, pillows and overall cleanliness could be better, but again, for this price it's ok.

Good location, not far from public transport 20 min to main attractions like castle- Frauenkirche 15 min from Railway station Dresden Neustadt Excellent for families with 2 kids - there are 2 separate beds for kids

Beautiful house,all was clean, good place in city, bus stop in 1 minutes.

Quiet, easy to get to the center via tram

The owner asked to be paid in cash, which isn't a problem, but should have been explicitly explained upon booking, or during the booking process. Since a credit card is used to secure the booking, and because this is the 21st century, it was assumed the credit card could be used to pay.

The location is good, ca. 20 minutes by bus/tram to the city centre.

The payment must be done in cash.

The only thing is that the house is near the road, but it did not bother us much.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The washing machine was a welcome surprise and it was very conveniently situated.

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, WiFi was unreliable and details regarding the check in process weren't communicated prior to our arrival - we had to go hunting for WiFi in order to find out how to access the apartment.
