Pensión Amaiur

The man who checked us in was very friendly and spoke some English with us. The location was GREAT, as we could just go downstairs and be at tons of shops and restaurants right away. Very walkable. Parking was easy in a public garage. The room wasn't very sound proof. We heard all of the hotel guests and the sound of the sports court outside. But overall it was a clean room and nice for our one night stay. Thank you!

Noisy, but that is expected of such a centralized hotel. We were close to everything good!

It was well located in the old part of town close to the bay. The manager was very helpful. I needed help to carry my suitcase up the steep rickety old stairs. He carried it up, and was there punctuality the next morning at 9am to carry it back down. There is a communal kitchen available between 9am and 9 pm. I liked my private bathroom. It was not ensuite, but nearby, and only for me.

Location was great, easy to find your way back to Hotel. Santa Maria cathedral few doors away. Bars line the streets….Good value for money, complimentary tea and coffee with lovely orange cake, stayed 3 nights..

Stairs were not the problem, it’s an old building with lots of character, the keys were the problem, 4 keys to open seperate doors, took ages to work out each time what key for which door, we had a few laughs 😄

Very central. Cute Pensión with separate bathrooms making the rooms very clean and dry.

Nothing I can think of

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town. Tapa restaurants so close. Great to open the balcony door & have fresh air. Private bathroom is just down the hallway but that was ok although shower over bath. Staff friendly. There’s a kitchen so you can sit & make tea/coffee for yourself & eat their home made cake 😋

Perfect location, the staff, owners were absolutely wonderful with information and suggestions. Charming building

Really nothing I didn't like.

So close to St Maria Cathedral and the fortress with great views of harbor and city. Great area for tapas and shops. It is a walk up, and older, but that works well for me.
