Terrific location right in the heart of it all. Tea and coffee facilities available. Helpful owner.

Many stairs to enter property, ok with us but need to be fit to carry luggage up to accommodation. Would have liked access to the kitchen for tea and coffee prior to 9 am.

Great staff, helpful about where to visit. Very clean room with comfortable bed and bedding. Dated decor but extremely good value and would definitely stay again.

Charming, clean, good value, outstanding location

Very good location, in old town, next to the basilica. Many good pintxo bars in same street. Beaches and river were also very close. Access to the monte Urgull was from the other side of the basilica. Man who welcomed us was very nice and friendly and he gave us map with all the must see places and good pintxo bars. Pension was in old house and it is very beautiful inside and outside. We were very happy that we chose this place and San Sebastian is just so very beautiful.

Everything were perfect.

The host is very kind, friendly and warm. Our flight got delayed and he stayed till late evening to check us in. With a smile. He gave us great tips for restaurant, places to see. The location is amazing, right in the center, close to many popular pintxo bars.

In the centre of the old town. Quick and friendly communucation with owner. Small, but cosy room.

Could be noisy because of the sport court under the windows, however it didn't bother us.

Charming hotel in old town San Sebastián. Bathroom separate from room, not a problem for us. Lots of fantastic food options in the immediate area. Lovely balcony to sit and sip wine and watch the world go by.
