Hotel Kings Annex

I was welcomed by an older gentleman, very nice man. I told him I had an early flight and he offered to arrange a taxi for me.

No tea making facilities in room. Otherwise very relaxed and helpful.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.ROOM FOOD STAFF.WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE STAYING IN PAPHOS

The staff here were amazing, they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well priced, in a good location and has a big buffet breakfast

Small hotel ideal for a couple of days stayed in romm 503 quiet bit of road noise

All was good, the best part is hospitality from the staff, a lot of help from them.

Room I was given at check in was poor quality (hotel was fully booked) but was impressed that hotel staff responded to my negative review immediately and allowed me to choose a new room. In general hotel was comfortable and convenient but somewhat spoilt by traffic noise. Plenty of places to eat nearby but this also made it quite noisy.

Was given a pretty bad room, no wi-fi connection, no remote control in the room, and no view. Maybe there are better rooms in the hotel, but you can likely do MUCH better than Kings in the area.

If you are looking for a luxurious hotel then stop reading now and look elsewhere. If you are looking for a simple, clean friendly hotel in a great location then read on. We booked this hotel as a last minute getaway and while there were a few other, much more expensive options available we booked the Kings purely because of its location as we have stayed in this area before. Great bars and restaurants close by. 10 min walk to the beach. Right on the main bus route, 10 mins to Paphos one way, 20 mins to Coral Bay the other. Buses every 15 mins The rooms are basic with a fridge, small WC and a shower. No kettle, toaster etc Room was cleaned every day with beds made and fresh towels daily so 10/10 for room cleanliness. Free air conditioning and safe only cost 17 euros for 10 days. We had a pool view with a balcony but some rooms have no balcony or any view to speak of and a few face out onto the busy main road so might be worth checking if that’s an issue for you. You get a continental breakfast included and they will make you fried or scrambled eggs but if you want a full English breakfast they are available for 4.50 euros close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is ok, nothing fancy. Hotel rooms appear to have been upgraded recently, but main hotel building could do with some upgrading. I would stay here again.

It was an ideal l9cation close to where we needed to be on the night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was dated but clean and beds comfortable. Our room was to the side so away from the main road. Good aircon which in the heat is needed. Pool looked inviting but as we were only there 1 night did not use it. Breakfast was continental/cypriot but i was asked if i would like fried or scrambled eggs. They made me 2 fried eggs which went nice with the ham, cheese etc. Overall a nice place to stay and would go back if needing a room in Paphos again
