Hotel Kings Annex

Staff were very nice and friendly especially the man on the night shift. The location was handy enough, close to main sights for exploring. Quite noisy being on a main rd. The room itself was a bit depressing and in need of updating. Very very basic

In the centre of the Tomb of the Kings Road where all the best bars and restaurants are, and very close to the main Mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with yummy breakfast and lovely staff who were very helpful! Good swimming pool and comfortable beds. Walking distance to harbour and easy bus ride to Coral Bay.

Not nice , lack of sleep , one pillow, one towel , old beds hard as rocks, old air con, old windows hear all the traffic , pictures from at least 10 years ago

The place its not kids friendly. There are some dangerous points at the swimming pool, a lot of steps etc. Most of the breakfast items are not fresh. The wifi does not exist. They charge extra taxes at the price that you see on Hotels.

Hotel is kinda tired, but acceptable for the low price. Pool area is very nice.

The room itself was acceptable and had a good air-conditioning system which was pleasant to have. The hotel design is very nice and the pool is clean. The hotel management is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even offered to allow us to use a shower after we had checked out due to our return flights not being until 10:30pmm this was very nice as it meant that we were fresh for the plane rather than all hot and sweaty from the day. The hotel is also conveniently placed for transportation, restaurants and a local sandy beach.

Ants in bed, cockroaches in pool, dirty bathroom infact everywhere. Flooded bathroom floor, no cups or glasses to go with kettle. Desperately needs a major renovation. Breakfast food stale. Staff did try to please and were helpful but hotel not up to any standard.

Great location and staff. Front desk was friendly and ready to help. The hotel is in an older building and is a bit dated which was expected. Bathroom was a bit small but was ok for me. For the price, it was a comfortable and clean room in a convenient location. I would stay here again.

We arrived at midnight and stopped at the hotel bar, dropped out suitcases had a drink with some very friendly guest of the hotel. Didn't get to our room till 2am!!! So, room 210 wasn't to our liking so the next morning I spoke to Nayia who is very helpful and very pleasant. She offered us room 503 in another building overlooking the pool. Said just make sure everything is packed and her staff will moved all our cases into our new room. So when we came back from sightseeing in the afternoon, we had been moved. Lovely room with balcony overlooking pool, small bathroom but no problem. Hot shower everyday, very clean, the girls come everyday and clean the room, with new sheets and towels.Flat screen TV with english channels. The pool and surrounding area is lovely, best bit about the pool is just walking into it, you don't have to use steps. The hotel is close to everything. We walked into the harbour, about a 20 minute stroll or you can catch the number 615 bus for 1.50 euro. Lovely harbour with everything going on. or going the other way catch the same bus, (opposite side of road!!) and go to Coral Bay, nice sandy beach and great for swimming (we used beach shoes), as you go into the water large rocks for about 2 foot then pure sand,heaven. The night life along the strip at Coral Bay is very good, live acts every night I think. Hired a car from Horizon across the main road, lovely english lady. did a lot of sightseeing. Only there a week, not enough time. Going back soon
