The rural location and surrounding was amazing. The suite we book was absolutely stunning. The decor and furnishings was beautiful. The bathroom was very lavish spa like, complete with dressing gowns and with the biggish bath you can ever imagine. Complimentary toiletries was great. The home made cakes were a really lovely personal touch on arrival.

Everything was really outstanding , so cant really say there was anything I didnt like.

Good choice of breakfast ranging from fresh fruit, cereals to cooked breakfast. We pre ordered the evening before. Very well organised. We stayed there to visit Hickling broads on swallowtail day. We managed to see them and so many different birds. Lovely experience. Staff were happy to chat and answer any questions we had on places to visit. So next day we headed to Sea Palling, then to horsey gap to see the seals. If you like wildlife this is an excellent place to stay. Dairy Barns is great place to stay with easy access to many key places.Plenty of parking.

Really enjoyable stay. Stayed in king room with patio which was lovely. Very spacious with upstairs living room area. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The fruit salad was exceptional. Best We have had anywhere. There was a wide variety of juices and cereals as well. All the breakfasts were cooked to order and of high quality. The bed and room facilities were more than satisfactory. We slept very well indeed.

Nothing comes to mind and we hope to return when time permits. There is so much to enjoy in the area.
