Manuela and Maria are wonderful hosts. Beautiful breakfast (and they even catered for my husbands gluten intolerance), beautiful location and fabulous house. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the garden area and pool, and sitting under the vines. Manuel told us about a short walk down to the river and it was lovely. Highly recommend.

This place is better than a 5 star hotel. The hosts are incredibly warm and thoughtful. They treat you like family and think of everything you would need. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The perfect place to rest before the last stretch to Santiago.

It's a very good location, surrounded by amazing views. Even though it's a bit out from Camino's routes but it's suitable for those who like a break or have a short retreat and resting. The owners (Dolores & Manuel) are very kind, welcomed us with great hospitality, and are very generous, making all guests feel home and comfortable. The place is very clean, and the room is very cozy and excellent. Highly recommended.

The house itself, the garden. The location, the neighborhood. The sophisticated design both in the room and in the common areas. The quiet, rural environment, the location of the accommodation, and easy access. The kind, helpful hosts. One of the best accommodations we have ever used.

A very comfortable property close to the Camino, surrounded by beautiful nature and run by the most caring of hosts. Very comfortable room, beds, bathroom, great breakfast and they even cooked a delicious home made meal for us. This really was a high point on our pilgrimmage and we left fully restored. The hosts also have a vinyard and we were given a tour of the vines and we sampled the produce. We travel a lot with our work and stay in a lot of hotels, Casa de Marcelo beats them all as we felt there was a genuine quality and real care shown towards us. Everything we encountered within this location was just perfect. We will recommend to family and friends and hope to stay here again in the future.

The beautiful house in the quiet area, 10 minutes drive from Padron. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed everything. The hosts are helpful and nice. The place has good facilities, is very clean and comfortable. The garden and the pool are a bonus.

Quiet location, beautifully furnished property with magnificent garden and new pool. Lovely breakfast with homemade Cake . Was invited to join in the family lunch and got to try the homemade plum liquor, very tasty. Thank you very much Manuel and Dolores.
