Barriere architettoniche non segnalate, scale ovunque, non solo per i piani più alti come segnalato nella descrizione su booking. Stendini pieni di lenzuola, in casa, gradini non segnalati in appartamento. Assenza di macchinetta del caffè che invece è indicata. Aria condizionata presente solo in una stanza comune e non nelle camere da letto.Anche all interno dell appartamento presenza di gradini per accedere al bagno. Ho immediatamente scritto e provato a chiamare perche ho avuto difficoltà a causa delle barriere architettoniche e la struttura non ha più risposto né a me né a booking, mentre fino a qualche ora prima messaggiavamo cordialmente per l invio dei documenti. Attendo ancora. In sintesi l'appartamento non rispecchia la descrizione e trovo grave che booking non prenda provvedimenti, non è serio.

Vinimos en familia para pasar 5 dias en Bari. Todo fue muy bien, el apartamento era como en las fotos y tenia 2 baños que en nuestro caso nos fue genial. Pudimos usar la lavadora cosa que nos facilitó mucha la estancia. Muy contentos!

Solo a nivel informativo, para poder usar el aire acondicionado hay que pagar un extra de 10€ por dia. Igualmente a nosotros no nos hizo falta ya que en el apartamento no hace mucho calor.

Staff inesistente, chiave lasciata inutilmente (non funziona), condizionatori non funzionanti ad agosto, mancanza di ascensore, parete che si sgretolava, bagni puliti il minimo indispensabile…. non bene

Everything was good and clean, check-in was also possible late during the night with an AI-chatbot, much space, located in the centre

The three bedrooms, the living room, the big table in the kitchen. Very good location.

We did an overnight in Bari with the intention of turning in the rent car and catching a train the next day. This place served our purpose as it is walking distance to the train station

Entering the property was a chore. It is set up through an AI bot that would open the doors on request. Problem was that the only phone it would respond to was mine and I didn't have internet. My friend had to create a hotspot for me to contact the door bot. Once inside the building, we didn't know which flat we had rented (not described in the rental info) so we were stymied until the host contacted me. This is a major bug the needs to be corrected. #2 it was cold in the flat and we couldn't get the heaters to work. We contacted the host again and we're told that in Bari it was not allowed to use the heater after March 31. If this is true, it's insane. If it's not true, then shame on the host
