everything is perfect, the staff are very helpful

Apartment is really big with everything you need, from good kitchen, toilet paper and towels in bathroom, soap, air condition, things for cleaning. Location is also great, big market, old town and port are near.

No breakfast. The location was ok.

They asked us to fax our passports and I said we would rather show them to them upon arrival. They only open the door remotely so we had to send our passport photos online. I didn't like that. Once we arrived we had trouble calling the 3 people to let us in. The wifi did not work and even after a man came it still didn't work. The refrigerator was dirty and there was mold in the shower.

Clean apartment and has all the facilities

The place had a bad smell, long walking to city center, no space for our luggage before check in and after check out, no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The air-condition in the kitchen didn't had any batteries and we had to buy.

1.- People came into our rented flat without our permission and our knowledge, while we weren´t there, when nobody was supposed to get into the flat since there were no housekeeping service. They used the washing machine of our flat to wash other flat´s laundry, and hang out all that washing in our flat´s clotheslines. It was not allowed to close the flat´s door with the keys. It was compulsory just to close only by pulling the door 2.- and what is much worst, since nobody was supposed to get into the flat, we didn´t locked our luggage and 350 euros dissapeared from one of our suitcases. They stealed us while we were not at home. Both things are completely unacceptable.

very big house, close to the train station and not far away from the center. the staff helped online with opening doors and making the process of check in/out easy.

there was no elevator, rooms on the third floor. air conditioning not working, but 2 fans provided the apartment was not very clean, and one bathroom was in a very bad general state with mould and dark spots

Spacious and clean. Nice balconies

Sofa was partly broken and uncomfortable. No comfortable TV chair either. There were a couple of small things broken that affected our stay there
