Clean and comfortable

Nothing not to like.

Pub was nice and staff was polite and friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Noise from rooms adjoining was horrendous. Not the other guests fault they were just moving around there rooms and talking but literally sounds like there coming through the ceiling! You can hear there conversations word for word. It was ok after 1am when everyone went to bed but not good. Breakfast was cooked to order but beans and tomatos stone cold the rest Luke warm.

Perfect location for the Forest of Dean railway. The accommodation is separate from the pub and was clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

Had a ground floor room and would've benefitted from something to give a bit more privacy as the window faced onto the pub/road.
