"Nicer than the average stay at a pub inn"

The property was clean not just a smelt clean. The room was away from the main pub building. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I liked that breakfast was cooked to order and not the usual lukewarm buffet. Beds were comfy and the family room was a good size.

Not knowing how to turn the heating on, as the building is old stone building it was a little on the chilly side - that said it was easily remedied. Net curtains on the windows for privacy would have been nice. Not much negatives really.

I had to leave before breakfast was being served

Stayed quite a few years here, albeit not for the last 4, if anything things looking "tired" with age, but diidn't impact my stay. Would book again

I can recommend staying here as everything was excellent. The Hosts were very helpful as I have mobility problems. The breakfast was cooked with fresh local produce and tasted delicious. The room was clean and warm with all the sundries needed.I will be staying there again definately.

Area

Porridge for breakfast was not good. Put in a room for people with disabilities so mirror low, no plug in sink, cold wet room.
