Da limpeza, do bom gosto na decoração de todos os espaços, do conforto do bungalow, da simpatia de todo o staff e da frescura e diversidade das refeições.

Nada a mencionar.

Kahvaltı,öğle yemeği,akşam yemeği ve snack bar'daki yiyecekler gayet güzel,herkese hitap eden bir çeşitlilikteydi. Tesis çalışanları ilgiliydi. Tatilimiz süresince bizle yakından ilgilendiler. Özellikle animasyon ekibi çalışanları, küçük kızımızla çok güzel ilgilendi. Daha önce yorumları okuyup,nerdeyse rezervasyon yapmaktan vazgeçiyordum ancak iyi ki gitmişim.

temizlik konusuna biraz daha dikkat edilebilirdi.

I liked that this hotel had bungalows it was a unique experience .. it was clean and some staff members were nice, Specially Sofiene a staff member he gets things done quickly and professionally.

I usually dont complain however this experience was disappointing specially for a 5 stars hotel.. we got food poisoned .. Some of the staff were talking bad behind customer’s back. They dont have a fixed word everyone says something different you get confused . They told us the check out was at 11:00 however it was at 12:00 .... we got sexually harassed by a customer we raised a complaint to the hotel however the security didn’t stop him and they didn’t take any action … Room AC was making so much noise we couldn’t sleep we had to ask them to fix it… when we complained to the manager he did listen to us but we felt like he didn’t try to do much and looked down on us like it was something normal .
