Very neat and cozy. Close to where we wanted to be.

The coffee and sugar canisters were emty, there was only tea. Wifi connection on TV was bad, and wifi password provided was incorrect.

place is not cleaned properly. we also found cockroaches running around and on kitchen counter. Dead one in the fridge- very concerning! most of the light bulbs do not work. so, rooms in darkness. No shower gel or something like soap to use in shower, hand wash was filled with water only, very disappointing. I called in advance to enquire about this and other things. blankets were too few, just 1 in each room, its winter now, cold, we needed more. coffee container was empty. Doors do not close properly, esp. the door from bedroom to balcony, gap and cold air enters. windows of both toilet and bathroom do not close, it stays open /stuck permanently and cold air enters whilst in shower. no heater or aircon to warm the place being winter.

The cleaniness

No breakfast and the place need a face lift and re-tiling.

The bathrooms need re-tiling and the small carpets are very tired.
