Apartment is significantly better furnished than other apartments in Menlyn place. Bathroom and kitchen is better fitted and equipped. WiFi is great. TV is great and sofa is ok. Beds not the best but definitely not the worst.

🪳Cockroaches. There are cockroaches all over that apartments. Left pizza on the table and returned to find a cockroach inside. That entire building needs to be fumigated. The bathroom windows lead to a dark column that is definitely a breading ground for them.

Nothing

No water to bath,iron not working, only 2 very blankets for both rooms with a duvet inner that is not there, apartment is cold with no heater or air-conditioning and worst of all cockroaches. The display pictures are so beautiful but what you got was the opposite.
