The pillows were horrible hard and uncomfortable. The geyser was not turned on we had to do it. We arrived later wanting to shower and sleep but had to wait a long time for the geyser and its a cold night

The fridge was leaking water permanently. The WiFi was not working. The bathroom and one bedroom lights were not working properly, very dim.

The place had a very bad smell. It was crawling with coroaches. The bedding was dirty.
