The staff were really good and went out of their way to help. The hotels location overlooks tea plantations and is a nice area for hiking.

The room has open ventilation above the balconies. I came back from dinner and my room was infested with bugs. The rooms need something to prevent the bugs getting in the rooms and the beds need nets.

Caretakers were excelleant , with a short notice they prepaired tasty and fresh food for our group. We spent the days resting after climbing Sri Pada ( Adams peak), Excelleant location as a resting place visiting Sri Pada, Maskeliya , Norwood ,Hatton
