Hotel Mount Castle

The location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the town up a small road. The communal areas are lovely and very clean. The rooms are fine and have what you need. The host and his wife who run Hotel mount castle are exceptional and were so very kind to us and our little baby girl and helped us organise some bits also.

Not a dislike but It is slightly close to the mosque so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs but it didn't bother us at all.

Staff is amazing.

Bit wet but it is rainy season

They provide English breakfast and it was not bad.The tea provide is excellent.Largest tunnel called singimale located close proximity to the hotel.

Staff is not helpful as we need to carry our bag to the room.Access road to the property is very bad.

High location , away from city The leisure area on the first floor was comfy and nice

Water leaking from underneath the sink Old smelling wooden wardrobe Short bed The place feels a bit old. The bathroom is the only modern place in the hotel. Needs constant maintenance checks

Staff and service was good.place was nice and clean.theres nothing to complain about food

We reserve our room via the site.i called imitate after the booking.but the reception says that rooms were already booked they forgot to put that on the site.but they manage to get us another room.yet i think it was a bad thing.because if i didnt call them we would have get troubles

Insanely good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful - arranged transport for us on checkout and got up super early for us to leave!

The beds were not very comfortable at all for us and the access road to the hotel was absolutely terrible
