Hotel Casa de Familia de San Cristobal

It was a fantastic room in a fantastic location. There were lots of nice amenities and beautiful pieces in the room and in the common areas. It is close the the Zocalo and everything you would want in a hotel in San Cristobal.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of San Cristobal, the hotel it is literally a renovated house, the decor is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel is a former residence that has around 16 rooms. They surround a beautiful courtyard in the front or a park-like space in the rear. The staff were extremely attentive including fixing special meals for us on request (like breakfast at 4 pm). Internet screamed at 100 mb transfer speed. TV had cable including free Netflix. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. There is usually at least one person on duty that speaks english but, even if there wasn't, they aren't uptight translating english using phone translation or hand signs. All in all we will never stay anywhere else when we return to San Cristobal. Just an excellent experience.

This is a beautiful place with extra helpful staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. My only comment is that standing water makes the bathroom smell terrible, but it went away as soon as we used the shower.

Everyone & everything at the property is wonderful it is truly beautiful here. Very fine touch of detail in the service at the restaurant.

A newly remodeled boutique style hotel, and one of the best I have ever seen. The owners took every consideration for guests in consideration. From the showers to coffee maker, beds, lighting, room service, to every aspect is wonderful. Again, more than this, the staff members go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you to front desk staff. Also, the restaurant is amazing! Thank you, Chef Victor and Jose!. My pareja was a little ill, and these folks made her a soup off menu, and she is already feeling better. Ten stars. We don't want to leave! (-:

The property is beautiful and modern, well located, with every thought of guest experience considered. More than anything, the staff members are all very accommodating and friendly.

This is an excellent hotel that is walking distance from everything, or you can easily get a taxi. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We could not arrive until 1:30 in the morning, but there is an overnight staff every night, so we were able to arrange a late check-in. The only thing I did not love was that there was no temperature control in our room, or at least none that we could find, so the room was sometimes a little cold or a little stuffy. This was a minor issue though and the incredibly comfortable bed and well stocked minibar totally made up for it.
