Hotel Casa de Familia de San Cristobal

Es un hotel tranquilo chico, céntrico, elegante, buena atención, las camas exquisitas, olían muy rico. Tenía plancha, café, agua, nos dieron buena información sobre tours que ahí mismo contratamos. La comida del restaurante estaba rica, el café exquisito. Cuenta con un pequeño jardín, muy bonito con sillas para relajarte con música de jazz, ahi pedimos unas copas de vino y para descansar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad que brinda la propiedad.

Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. El personal de recepción y del restaurante muy amables y servicial. Resolvieron cualquier duda que tuve. Mi habitación siempre muy limpia y con lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda y olía muy bien.

Loved the property. Lovely staff. The only thing is I didn’t realise my bedroom had no window I could see out of. Which is not ideal for long stays of if you plan to work remotely from the room.

For my wife and I, this Hotel is a great discovery in San Cristobal de las Casas. It is a house that was transformed into a Hotel only in 2019 and then had to close due to the pandemic. . . It is a magnificent European-style house with only 11 rooms. It could very well be classified as a Boutique Hotel. The location is very close to the main square and its surroundings (La Merced neighborhood). When we return to Chiapas, to San Cristobal this will be our first option because it is a place that invites you not to leave it, or to always return.
