Hotel Casa de Familia de San Cristobal

Un hotel increíble, la habitación hermosa con un balcón muy bonito, el servicio de todos fue muy acogedor, siempre preocupados por nuestra comodidad. El desayuno muy rico, recomiendo los huevos a la cazuela. No tengo quejas, volvería a hospedarme aquí sin dudarlo!

Very nice hotel in the center of San Cristobal (5 minutes from main walking streets and square). Colonial style house, with clean and recently renewed rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

This was a charming hotel in the traditional style a few blocks from the main dining and shopping area. The staff was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. They need to take a planer to some of the doors though because they were difficult to open and shut. The hotel West charming and I will return.

Nice hotel, great location but personnel doesn't provide you with right instructions for the tours, also it's super humid and rooms don't have AC units so make sure you ask for an electrical fan to make yourself a lit comfortable.

Staff was great. Property was awesome. Potable water in the hotel. San Cris is a great destination.

This property was comfortable and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. I felt safe and relaxed while there. The downsides: the room I was in got basically zero wifi, and effectively had no windows (a clerestory up top let in a little light but no air), which I find to be a bummer. The upsides: I got incredibly ill while I was staying here (NOT related to the hotel) and I was so well cared for and looked after by everyone, especially the young man who staff s the front desk overnight. I *wish* I had been well enough to take advantage of all the help this team was willing to provide in terms of finding things to do and getting out of town to see the sights. Next time!

The staff was incredibly helpful and always very nice to assist us with anything. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are calming.
