Dacor was nice and the staff were friendly

Unfortunately, there were several issues we encountered during our stay. We understand that it was New Year’s Eve but not giving proper expectations and subpar inspection of the rooms before check in, we think should still be up to standard. When we got in the room, there were no towels. We had to get the robes changed as they were covered in moths when we arrived. The floor was damaged. There was no room service menu and no mention that room service ended at 12mn, so we ended up paying Php120 per 500ml of water (a little criminal but hotel rates I guess) we could've bought cheaper elsewhere if we'd known. There were no board games available at all - out of 27! We wouldn't have missed this if this feature wasn't brought to our attention but then saying they're all unavailable is weird. A bulb was missing from one of the bedside lamps. The seat of the toilet wasn't fully clean - spots of black mold on the seat cover. There was green mold on the shower door and shower handle. As it was new year, a note was pushed under our door apologizing for the "minimal noise" and offering a 10% discount on the buffet dinner. However, we'd already paid earlier at check-in and couldn't get the discount. And the noise was far from minimal. Even with earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones it was still too much to sleep. Don't offer a discount you know we can't use, and don't be misleading when it comes to noise. We asked if it would be possible to invite non guests with a pet for lunch at their restaurant, they said they would get back to us but never did. When we checked out, they didn’t keep track of the fact that we had already paid for our buffet and placed it in our final bill. Good thing we kept the receipt. However, I do want to add that all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room service staff was quick and efficient.

Bathroom wasn't draining well, airconditioning unit very noisy. No floor towels in bathroom, no new towels the next day.

Great Staff

Many minor flaws; Water leaks in rainfall shower. You see the water damage on the roof above the pipe. Mould in shower area. Some noise from bathroom, sounds like a trafo hidden above the roof plates. Annoying to hear. Construction site outside our room

Breakfast was really good, especially their coffee!!!!

Parking space.

I always love the interior design of the place.

What I didn’t like was the drilling or construction around 8 or 9 in the morning? It was a bummer for sleeping. Also,at the breakfast buffet, I wanted to suggest a good selection of breads? This is the only property who doesn’t serve waffles, pancakes or toast at the buffet.

Close to Lacson street with access to major malls and Starbucks 1 block away. Little mixup on checking in. But Kim made it right
